Ted Goldberg/Vice President previously owned and operated several construction and real estate companies. His insurance certifications and financial/retirement planning experience with a Fortune 100 insurance company added great value to our Professional Employer Organization (PEO). His day-to-day sales support and marketing direction add to the successful development and implementation of our strategic business plan. As a licensed broker, Ted negotiates all insurance, 401K and benefit programs. B.B.A. – Economics, University of Iowa.
Michael has been associated with Spectra, in one capacity or another, since its inception in 1989. He has held many titles within the company, from HR/Payroll Assistant to Safety/Risk Manager.
